TJ-400T High-Capacity Centrifugal Slicer:

The TJ-400T Centrifugal Slicer is engineered to deliver uniform slicing and shreddingacross a wide range of vegetables and fruits, even at high processing volumes. Designed for industrial food processors, it combines precision cutting with high throughput up to 3000kg/h, significantly reducing production time, labor cost, and raw material waste. Its clean and accurate cutting performance helps maintain product integrity, contributing to extended shelf life and improved product presentation.

This versatile machine is available with a complete range of interchangeable cutting heads, allowing processors to easily switch between slicing and shredding applications. The 16-station cutting head accepts products up to 130 mm (5 1/8”) in diameter and processes them at high speed with exceptional consistency and accuracy.

The TJ-400T can be operated as a standalone unit or seamlessly integrated into automated processing lines. Multiple configurations—including different impeller wheels, infeed chutes, and discharge outlets—are available to accommodate varying product shapes, sizes, and downstream processing requirements. TJ-400T Cutting Principle:

• TJ-400T is fed through the large infeed chute and enters the rotating impeller.
• Centrifugal force pushes the product against the inside of the stationary cutting head where the impeller paddles guide it through each of the 16 cutting stations.
• Slices or shreds are produced as the product passes each knife in a smooth and uninterrupted manner. Length is determined by the input product size. The biggest raw material diameter: 90mm
• The interchangeable cutting heads offer flexibility in different cut shapes and sizes, for cutting slices as well as shreds.
• Interchangeable cutting heads offer flexibility in shape cuts.
• High capacity capabilities and continuous operation for uninterrupted production.
• Offers many different types of cuts including crinkle cut, flat slices, “V” slices, shreds, and grating options.
